Mgr. Petr Pazdera graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 1982. He then worked as a lawyer in a company Tranzitní plynovod, in 1983 he started working as a police investigator. Since 1991 he worked in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, where he gradually rose to the rank of Deputy Director of the Legal Department and then the Director of the Legal Department. Since 1999 he works as an attorney in the law firm Vorsilka, Zoufaly a partneri, in 2002 co-founded the law firm VORSILKA-STRANSKA-PAZDERA.
Since 2013, he works as an independent attorney cooperating with the law firm Vorsilka Prokupek – advokatni kancelar s.r.o (Vorsilka Prokupek – law firm).
Mgr. Petr Pazdera specializes in criminal law and criminal proceedings, mainly in the defense and representation of injured parties in all stages of criminal proceedings, including representation before courts. He also acts as counsel in proceedings regarding trespasses and other torts.
Mgr. Pazdera provides legal services in civil and commercial law and presents his clients in proceedings before courts and arbitration proceedings.
