Mgr. Maxim Melkonov graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Western Bohemia in Pilsen in 2014. Already during his studies he worked as a legal assistant in the law firm Vorsilka Prokupek – advokatni kancelar s.r.o. (Vorsilka Prokupek – law firm), where continued as a clerk upon his graduation. Since 2018, he has been working as an independent attorney cooperating with the law firm Vorsilka Prokupek – advokatni kancelar s.r.o.
Mgr. Maxim Melkonov specializes in civil and commercial law, particularly in the area of residence permits for foreigners on the territory of the Czech Republic (temporary, long-term and permanent residence and citizenships). Mgr. Maxim Melkonov also deals in legal regulations concerning payment institutions and e-money institutions, including providers of small-scale payment services and small-scale issuers of e-money and real-estate transfers.
